This as I understand it would make me one of the youngest enlistments in U.S. history at age 8. No I did not attend basic training. Nor did I get deployed to a battle. However what I did do was give up a large part of my childhood in a V.A. Lab. No I am not lying about this. The hypothosis of the experiment conducted on me was to create in me a stronger antibody. A strike hardened antibody if you will. I am hoping that I have a new antibody inside my body. Possibly an antibody capable of defeating the M.S. virus. If I am right the United States would have something new an valuable. All it would take is some of my blood viewed under an electron microscope. What I want is a fair settlement from the Military and the V.A. I would very much like to call myself legally a veteran. Regardless of how unorthodox my service. I feel I served my country for 19 years directly. From 1970 to 1989. I cooperated fully in all aspects of the experiments. I did so without fear of consequence. At age 17 I witnessed a autopsy. What I want is my rank comenserate retroactive back to 1970 when Bonnie DeVald first started taking me to the labs with here. I want my benefits to reflect my my rank to date 2014. I never did get discharged from service however 1978 when I was enlisted or conscripted to 2014 is roughly 36 years of service my nation the Marine Corps and the Veterans Adminastration. From 1970 to 1989 I was exposed to viruses in the laboratory. Among these viruses were rhino virus, corona virus and cloned viruses. I was exposed by my mother Bonnie to radiation, plutonium isotope 32 (P-32) in 1978. Near my 8th birthday I was approached by the marine Corps. An officer in plain clothes came to my school one afternoon and I signed the seal of the Marine Corps, the Anchor, the Globe and the Eagle. My Mother Bonnie signed this document as well. It would mean a lot to me not to be left behind by the Marine Corps or the United States Veterans Administration. This as I understand it would make me one of the youngest enlistments in U.S. history at age 8. No I did not attend basic training. Nor did I get deployed to a battle. However what I did do was give up a large part of my childhood in a V.A. Lab. No I am not lying about this. The hypothosis of the experiment conducted on me was to create in me a stronger antibody. A strike hardened antibody if you will. I am hoping that I have a new antibody inside my body. Possibly an antibody capable of defeating the M.S. virus. If I am right the United States would have something new an valuable. All it would take is some of my blood viewed under an electron microscope. What I want is a fair settlement from the Military and the V.A. I would very much like to call myself legally a veteran. Regardless of how unorthodox my service. I feel I served my country for 19 years directly. From 1970 to 1989. I cooperated fully in all aspects of the experiments. I did so without fear of consequence. At age 17 I witnessed a autopsy. My mother Bonnie, Morice Kemp, Jack Burks and I were present. The deceased had died of M.S. and their brain and spinal fluid were removed. I was honored to carry the brain to the lab. Where it was frozen and cross sectioned, placed on a slide and viewed through a microscope. Like a hundred times before I could see the damaged brian tissue that M.S. had caused. This autopsy as I saw it was my thesis. After applying for veterans benefits twice. I thought I would be charged with a felony. However all I got was a denial that there ever was any experiment I was a part of. What I want is my rank comenserate retroactive back to 1970 when Bonnie DeVald first started taking me to the labs with here. I want my benefits to reflect my my rank to date 2014. I never did get discharged from service however 1978 when I was enlisted or conscripted to 2014 is roughly 36 years of service my nation the Marine Corps and the Veterans Adminastration. In 1982 I changed my name to Steven DeVald. I will continue to bring light to my case until I receive satisfaction. Thank you.
